Q: I ordered the wrong item / too many items / accidentally ordered twice - how do I change it?

If you just placed an order and wish to modify it, please contact us and we can accommodate you as long as the order has not been shipped. You can either call us at 800.333.9325 or contact us through this website. Simply sign in to your account and click the "Contact Support" link in your account options, then send us a note with your order number and the change you’d like to be made.

Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed. We will work with you to make sure you get what you need as quickly as possible.

Q: How can I cancel an order?

Q: How do you ship my order?

Orders may be shipped by UPS or the US Postal Service (USPS). If you have a PO Box, please also include a physical street address in the Alternative Address field on the last page of the check out process, in case your order will be shipped by UPS.

Q: When will I receive my order?

In-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Transit time varies from 1 to 6 days. To get an estimated delivery date click here for the UPS transit map from our location. USPS shipments generally require 5 to 7 mailing days for transit.

Q: Can I place an order and have it shipped to two different addresses?

No, at this time you need to place two separate orders - one for each destination address.

Q: Do you ship to Canada (or other countries)?

No, at this time, we do not ship outside of the US. We do ship to Puerto Rico.

Q: Can I return the product if it does not work?

Yes, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products we ship (less shipping & handling charges and a 10% restocking fee). Click here for complete information on our return policy.

Q: How do I return a product?

Just ship the item(s), a copy of your order receipt, and a brief explanation back to us for a refund. There is no need to call us before hand to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.

Q: How and when will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued using the same method as the original payment within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.

Q: How do I get my discount? It did not show on my order.

To apply a discount, please do the following:
  1. Print or write down the discount code.
  2. Browse the site and add products to your cart.
  3. During checkout, enter the appropriate code into the "Coupon Code" box during the "Review and Submit" phase of checkout.
  4. Click "Apply" and your discount will be applied to your order total.
